We usually only work with clients in the UK and EU but please get in touch to discuss your unique situation.

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit. We will provide comprehensive nutritional guidance and support including lots of simple family friendly recipes

The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message. Weekly coaching sessions will be on zoom.

Yes - the workouts are suitable from beginners level through to advanced and options are provided for home workouts and gym workouts
