We want you to love health and fitness. Nutrition and training should support your energy, hormones, and strength, not leave you exhausted, hungry, or frustrated. If it doesn’t help you feel better, it’s not the right approach.

6 Week Workout Program - Home or Gym depending on what you have available to you. Video demonstrations on each exercise through an interactive app.
Daily personalised accountability and motivation in the app from Katie and Leanne (this isn't a group program)
Weekly check-in's with Katie - to keep you progressing in the right direction with your workouts.
Weekly group call where Leanne or Katie answers all your questions and provides coaching around mindset, nutrition, workouts, fat loss and lots more
A full recipe collection and example meal plans (high in protein and fibre) that are easy, tasty and calorie controlled
Access to bite-sized learning resources on hormones, menopause, stress, sleep, and fat loss (lifetime access)

Let me support you to take back control of your mind and body. Having gone through my own experience with menopause in my late 30s including a hysterectomy, I understand how it feels to have your body and mind change overnight. It can seem impossible to feel like your own self BUT it is possible and that is what I’m so passionate about. I’ve worked with 1000s of women and helped them to achieve AMAZING results, transform their bodies, improve their nutrition, manage their symptoms and create daily routines that work EXCLUSIVELY for them.

I have two kids and I'm in the midst of premature menopause due to Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, with a high risk of Osteoporosis. Following a 20+ year career of developing products and coaching people, I re-trained as a Personal Trainer, so that I could learn everything about strength training and the right type of exercise for this life stage. Since then, I have qualified as an Advanced Menopause Practitioner qualification for a combined approach to coaching women through this chapter and I continue to educate myself every day, so that I can share as much information with my clients as possible

6 week package is £250

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this programme, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit. We will provide comprehensive nutritional guidance and support including lots of simple family friendly recipes (all high in protein and fibre)

The program is conveniently delivered through an App, personalised via text message. Weekly coaching sessions will be on zoom.

Yes - the workouts are suitable from beginners level through to advanced and options are provided for home workouts and gym workouts. Workouts will be available in an App format which you will need to download
